The kitchen has granite counters and the baths are tiled. Each bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen size sofa sleeper and an inflatable mattress for the kids. It sleeps four adults and four kids easily.There is a one car garage to get your vehicle out of the weather and three hot tubs in the common area to soak your muscles after a day of activity at any number of outdoor activities. This condo is at the base of Sol Vista which is great skiing for kids and beginners in the winter and the home to some of the best mountain biking in North America in the summer.World class skiing is available at Winter Park, about twenty miles away. Devil's Thumb is a world class cross country ski resort with about 5000 acres of terrain about eight miles up the road which also has a fantastic spa. For a more laid back spa experience, Hot Sulphur Springs is also close by. Grand Lake is ten miles to the north where water sports are available in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.Rocky Mountain National Park with fabulous hiking and wildlife viewing is just up the road from there. There are four golf courses within thirty minutes including Headwaters and Grand Elk, each about five minutes away. Summer visitors to Grand County find the farmers markets, art and music festivals very entertaining and relaxing. If fishing is more of interest, world class trout can be pulled from the headwater of the Colorado River close by.
