We are 5 minutes from the ocean and 5 minutes to our quaint downtown. We have bikes if you want to ride them, or walk or take your car. This cottage has parking and an outdoor living area. It is very quiet and peaceful and all the neighbors are great. We are also a designated backyard wildlife sanctuary . . . lots of birds and who knows what else you might find. We call the compound Island Time of Hollywood . . . the gravel drive reminds us of far off places so we decorated them with an island theme.
