This is a beautiful, oceanfront condo up on a cliff inEncinitas. It is one bedroom, with a large livingarea. There is a very comfortable Temperpedic bed andhigh quality furnishings. There is a pool andjacuzzi. This is a very comfortable place to stay inwhich you can hear the waves below you day and night.Swamis and Moonlight Beaches are within close walkingdistance. Downtown Encinitas with many goodrestaurants and shops (including a Starbucks, French bistro,and delicious Italian and Thai food) are 2 blocks from thecondo. There are lovely spas close by as well.

Rates are $150 to $225/night depending on the season and the length of stay, and there is a $100 cleaning fee. Credit cards and personal checks accepted. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due approximately one month before the check-in day. A hotel room in of this quality and in this location would be more than $500/night.

It is one-bedroom with a queen-size Temperpedic bed, one bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen and living area. There are sliding glass doors in the living area and bedroom. There is a lanai with a table and 4 chairs as well as a bench for sitting and looking out at the ocean and sunsets. You can often see dolphins and whales from here, and you can watch and surfers and boats as well. There is a small BBQ on the lanai, as well as boogie boards for use in the perfect waves that are nearby. There is a large television with many cable channels and a DVD player. There is a laundry room. There is also covered underground parking for one car.
