Beware...many first floor beachfronts in Ocean City sit at ground level so the dunes block the ocean view! 2 Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the ocean view deck and you can hear the ocean waves constantly hitting the beach!!! Private parking for 4 cars under car port. Nicely furnished with 3 TVs, VCR, DVD and all the comforts of home incl. Internet access. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a deck on Central Ave. Sleeps 8 plus 2 on queen sofa bed. You can also surf fish and ocean kayak right in front of the house any time of the day! Just 5 blocks away from a playground that offers everything...swings, merry-go-round, basketball court and even an enclosed hockey rink.
