The condo's back door opens off of the screened-in lanai onto a private deck that sits in the sand, where you can enjoy the natural white, sandy semiprivate beach and ocean breezes. Features include new appliances, including washer and dryer. New bedroom and lanai furniture. Cable TV with premium channels, DVD player and CD Stereo are located in the living room entertainment center. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master bedroom for watching your favorite DVD in the comfort of your bed. Internet access is included for your use. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable throughout your stay. There are ceiling fans in each room as well as in the lanai.
