Bedrooms: All cottages have three or four bedrooms: The Master bedroom always has a king sized double pillow-top European bed and highest quality linens are on every bed. The second bedroom has one or two queen beds, also double pillow-top. The third bedroom has a queen or a full bed. Some rooms have twins and others extra queens and rollaways also. Each cottage is unique in its style so tell us the bedding arrangement you need and we can suggest the best home for your vacation. Bathrooms: Three bathrooms and four in the English Cottage No. of Guests: Each cottage has a different capacity, but from 2-10 guests are welcome in the English and Wisteria cottages. Fleur and Casa Elegante allow a maximum of 8 guests. Location:of each Cottage Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage are close to shopping. These charming homes are close to all of the Desert's main attractions. The location is absolutely the best at each one. They are close to shops, cafes and restaurants.The English Cottage also has a private gate leading to hiking trails, and the other three are close to all amenities. But on quiet private streets, Casa Elegante is behind private gates and is very upscale. Wisteria is a walk to the river- a great location. Washer/dryer: Yes, and start up soap powder and dryer sheets Microwaves/Ovens: Yes Toaster, coffee pot, electric tea kettles and tea pots ( for our UK guests) Yes Dishwasher, refrigerators and freezers Yes Telephone: Yes - Free calling all over the US and Canada Computer hookup: Yes - And wireless internet and high speed DSL TV, stereo Yes - TV plus DVD player and stereo. Some have 100 inch screens with home theater. Some have 42 inch plasmas in the bedrooms, and Fleur has plasma in living room and 1 guest room. Barbeques Yes - Each has a barbeque with a full tank of gas and one replacement tank. Linens All sheets, towels and pool towels are provided. Hair dryer, iron/board Yes Bus English Cottage 1 mile; Fleur/Casa Elegante/Wisteria all within 2 blocks Garden Yes - Each one is totaly private, each with private pools and spas Security Excellent - Only the best locations in all homes Maid Service Available for approximately $25 per hour Fireplaces Yes - Casa Elegante has one and a firepit.
