· There are beds for a total of ten (10) guests. There is a King bed in the upstairs Master bedroom and two bedrooms downstairs, one with a Queen bed and one with double bunk beds. There are three pull out beds; a Queen sofa bed in the family room, a twin pullout in the downstairs den and a twin pullout in the Master suite. All of the beds are featherbeds (except pullouts), with down comforters and down pillows. · The hot tub is set at a constant 101 degrees. It is well maintained and is serviced after each rental. Seating four (4) very comfortably, the hot tub can be enjoyed in Summer and Winter and is an excellent spot for star gazing. · There are four (4) TV’s at the house. There is a T.V. /DVD combo unit in the downstairs armoire; there is also a PlayStation 2 in the bottom half of that armoire. There are numerous games in the armoire drawer for your convenience. There is a T.V. and separate DVD player in the Family room. There is a third T.V. is in the master bedroom armoire. It has the same DVD player that is in the family room. The fourth T.V. is in the garage / gameroom. There are two stereos, one is in the family room above the fireplace, and the other is in the garage. They feature a five disc CD changer, AM/FM receiver, Cassette player and MP3 input connector. · The garage is built for family fun, complete with air hockey, ping pong, bikes, rolling cooler, and a Tiki bar. The air hockey table is ready for play, all you need to do is plug it in.There are two New Mountain bikes for your enjoyment during your stay along with a detachable baby caddy for the little ones. There are various board games located in the family room armoire drawers, and in the downstairs armoire. There is also a game table in the family room. · The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils to make a meal. Spices, toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee pot, bake wear, platters etc. · We are very baby friendly here at Pinecone Place Resort. There is a pack’n’play portable crib and a high chair. If you enjoy hiking, there is a baby backpack located in the garage. · The house is fully equipped with phones and wireless high speed internet access. · The desk in the downstairs open area is where the fax and DSL lines are located. All of the cords are clearly labeled to make it user friendly. There is also a HP Printer for connection to your laptop. · We have a general membership at Push Fitness, for the use of all of our guests. If you would like to use the gym during your stay, please refer to the Health Club Membership page in the house binder, for all of the details. · Towel sets are provided for each of the bathrooms; hand towels, washcloths and bath towels.In addition there are several plush Pinecone Place Resort robes for use during your stay, along with beach towels.
