There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area on the main floor. Elderly guest need to walk up 3 steps from the street to the main level. We have three bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. We love to rent to families. The maximum number of adults at this house is 13 however if you have children under 6 years old they do not count towards one of the 13 allowed in the house.
