Our Bed and Breakfast which is located in the scenic West Kelowna Estates enjoys superb views of the Okanagan Lake and the City of Kelowna. Weather permitting your cooked breakfast is served on the upper deck which overlooks all the activity on the Lake.We are only minutes away from the city center, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, various major tourist attractions, wineries, hiking trails, and within one hour from four major ski resorts including Big White ski resort.

Stays of 7 days or more will receive a 10% discount. All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are based on 2 people sharing a suite and include our full cooked breakfast. POLICIES:ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATION: a credit card number is required to hold your reservation. We will email you confirmation of your reservation along with directions. Fee will not be put through until you arrive unless there is a cancellation.MINIMUM STAY: 2 night minimum July & August and on weekends and holidays May through October (unless reservation is made close to arrival date and space is available)and minimum 3 nights for long weekendsCANCELLATION POLICY: We require a minimum of 21 days notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will be charged one full night's rate and after 7 days the full booking will be charged unless we can re-book the suite. All cancellations will be charged $35.00 administration fee which will be applied to your credit card.CHECK IN: Between 4:00 PM and 6 PM. We are happy to accommodate earlier or later arrivals if arrangements are made in advance.
