Additional information about rental rates * The rental rates do not include Florida States Taxes of 12%. A reservation deposit in the amount of 20% of the total price is required at the time of reservation, which goes towards the total balance. Once received, your reservation will be considered reserved (guaranteed). Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the check-in date. A security deposit of GBP 150/USD 250 to cover any loss or damage to the villa or its contents is required at the same time as the balance. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of the departure date, subsequent to a satisfactory inspection of the villa by the management company. There are extra optional fees, if required. For example, for pool heat ($150 per week), safe rental ($20 per week). Broadband internet connection is free. If there are no back-to-back bookings, we can arrange earlier or later check-in/check-out times at no extra cost.
