A 24 hour gated community, Colonial Shores is just minutes from Bunche, Sanibel, and Ft. Myers Beach. It is also convenient to the Lee County Sports Complex and shopping at the Tanger Outlet Shoppes. The house is on a large corner lot that backs to small lake teeming with birds, fish, and other wildlife. There are ceiling fans throughout the house that along with the central A.C. system keep it comfortable and well ventilated. The three bedrooms sleep up to six comfortably; 2 bedrooms have queen beds, the third has two twin beds. In addition to the large kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and upgraded refrigerator, there is a breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, reading room and family room/den.
