Luxury 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Spa Suites River Stone Resort Properties features two luxury spa suite and condo accommodation properties in Estes Park, Colorado River Stone has 16 one and two-bedroom condominiums on the banks of the Fall River. All have double Jacuzzi's, fireplaces, full kitchens and are fully equipped for your enjoyment. Grill on your deck at the rivers edge. The upstairs bedroom in 1 2 units is lofted to the living room and has the 2nd bathroom. Bear Paw Suites has 4-one bedroom, 4-two bedroom and 2-three-bedroom luxury condo's. All are new and decorated in log-lodge accents and have private decks or patio's. All bedrooms are enclosed, not lofted. 1 and 2 bedroom units are on the river. 3 Bedroom units are not directly on the river, but have river access. Our guests find themselves in a "home away from home" and mant tell us we have the finest accommodations in Estes Park. You'll think so too.

All our condos are on the river and have the following features! Our vacation condos are in duplex and triplex buildings. The duplex buildings have two bedroom units that can be converted to one-bedrooms by simply locking off the upstairs loft bedroom. The triplex units have two two-bedroom units and a one-bedroom unit. All one bedroom rentals feature a king size bed. Two bedroom units have a queen bed and a twin bed in the upstairs bedroom, with its own bath. The 2 person jetted tub is located in the downstairs master bedroom in both the one and two bedroom units! 3 bedroom units have a private outdoor hot tub. All units have a washer and dryer for your use.
