About this Vacation Rental Home:

Location: Lutsen, Northeast, Minnesota, USA (8 Miles West of Grand Marais, Minnesota) Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + Other, 2 Baths (Sleeps 10-14) The house was built about 1950 and has been extensively remodeled during the last 15 years.On the first floor there a full kitchen, dining room area and living room with a hide-a-bed, two bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full bath between the rooms. The 2nd floor consists of one room with a double bed, two single beds and 2 roll-a-ways. The lower level has a bathroom with a shower, a room with a two person whirlpool, a sauna, washer and dryerin one half of the level. The other half of the lower level is one big room with a TV, hide-a-bed and chairs in one end of the room. In the other end of the room there is doubled bed in an area that can be closed off with a folding door. There is also roll-away on this level. The house works really well for three to four couples or small family retreats or groups of singles. The house can easily sleep up to fourteen people and has been know to house 16 people. The kitchen is fully furnished and sheets and towels are provided.
