The property has a nice open backyard great for relaxing, lounging, and enjoying the lake. The party decks sits out about 90 ft. out over water. The water depth at the boat dock is 10 to 12 feet, which makes it great for fishing. The house is on a big cove perfect for water activities. A private boat ramp is located just down the street if you intend to bring your boat. The inside sleeps 6 comfortable with 10 max. There is a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer for use. There are all types of board games for the entire family. You also get a nice view of the lake from the inside of the house, and the sun rises right into the living room.
