Thanks for checking out our 3 bedroom/2 bath lake front condo located on the Big Niangua 3.5 mile marker of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. A perfect summer get-away! "FAMILY FRIENDLY LAKE LEVEL CONDO!" When you arrive at the lake level condo, you'll notice the easy access right off Hwy 5 after you cross the Niangua Bridge. Then as you walk in the new unit and open the sliding glass door off the living area you'll take in the amazing view of the lake which is less than 20 yards from the patio! Perfect to sit with an ice cold adult beverage and enjoy the view. Inside, we have furnished the condo in a comfortable style with a super comfy pillow top king sized bed in the master suite. As you wake up each morning and open the blinds, you can take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake. The master suite also boasts a personal master bath with dual sinks and private sliding door to the lake front patio.
