Location: Woody Point, Gros Morne National Park, Newfoundland, Canada (Close (50kms) to Deer Lake Airport, Nl) Accommodations: House 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 5), Beach, Park, Natural Spend time in the heart of gorgeous Gros Morne National Park on the west coast of Newfoundland in a lovely seaside 3 bedroom vacation house - with a refreshing, natural ambience, perfect for an inspiring retreat. This heritage house, which belonged to one of the original families of Woody Point, is a charming, cozy homebase with a view of the waters of Bonne Bay. Just down the lane is a lovely sitting area with roses, cherry and apple trees and berry bushes that envelop the gardens overlooking the ocean, where you can sit and watch the whales that appear regularly in the bay.

The house is available to rent between Jan 1 - Aug 7 and Aug 21- Dec 15, 2011 RatesYou can rent the house on a weekly (7 night) basis ($1100) or for 3 night minimum ($450). Extra nights are $150/night. All prices include tax. Payment details50% of the rental amount is due to hold your reserved dates. The remaining 50% payment, along with a $250 security bond (which will be refunded the day after departure) is due 2 weeks before your arrival date. Signature of a rental agreement is required upon check in. We accept payment by money orders, e-mail money transfers or credit card (via Paypal) in Canadian dollars. Cancellation Policy: The required deposit will be refunded (less $20 management fee) if we are notified of cancellation more than 14 days prior to renter's scheduled arrival date. Should one cancel within two weeks, payments (less $20 management fee) will only be refunded if we can fill the rental period.
