Pool heating is also included in this price subject to the constraints set out below* There is free use of a travel cot/highchair located in the villa. For stays of under 6 nights a cleaning charge of $75 will be added to your invoice. We are happy to offer check in/out on any day of the week subject to availability. An afternoon check out is also available for a fee of $50 if you have an evening flight home and don't want to spend all day in a mall. Clients from Europe may find mid week flight prices lower than weekend rates. The villa accommodates up to 8 persons in 4 large bedrooms. The accommodation is arranged as 2 doubles and 2 twin rooms with a master en-suite and a further family bathroom. The villa could therefore easily be shared by 2 family groups or provide plenty of space for a couple or a small group who prefer their own space. For those of you who wish to keep in touch we have recently changed our phone service to allow clients to make free phone calls (on request) to anywhere in the US, Canada and the UK.

Amenities:

Walking in through the front door you enter into the formal lounge and dining area. Both of these areas are situated away from the family room and pool and provide the perfect place to entertain and relax in comfort. These areas also provide opportunities for those of you in larger parties to enjoy your own space should you wish to do so. The dining area provides an elegant setting for those clients who enjoy a quiet dinner and is the perfect spot for formal dining. The area is also the main dining area where families and friends can talk over the day's sight seeing and discuss next day's agenda. The table is usually laid for six people but will easily seat eight so, pull up a chair from the kitchen area and "bon appetite". Beyond the formal areas of the villa you enter into the kitchen and breakfast nook. This is a large and spacious area and is fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen has a 30" wide cooking range incorporating a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer complete with ice maker, a toaster, coffee maker, blender and kettle. There is ample cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc. for the full occupancy and when you have eaten your fill the dishwasher will take care of the dishes whilst you relax. There is also a large size washing machine, a dryer, and an iron/ironing board if you need to do some washing during your stay. Our large family room overlooks the pool and sun deck with a conservation area and lake beyond. Two large settees , a coffee table and bar stools provide the perfect place to relax and watch the 32" cable television. We have also recently added a DVD/video player so you can watch a movie together. The large patio doors open out on to the sun deck/pool and provide access to the garden. Our spacious master bedroom has built in wardrobes with ample room to store your clothes and cases. There is an American king size bed (huge!), and a colour TV/VCR. The en-suite has a large bath with shower enclosure, twin wash basins and plenty of storage in the large under basin cupboard. This bedroom also overlooks the pool and conservation area. The second double bedroom has ample storage . There are ample built in and freestanding cupboards which will cater for for the largest Micky or Minnie Mouse that the children can carry and all of those shopping bargains that you just could not resist. This room also has a cable TV/VCR and uninterrupted views across the conservation area and the lake. The first twin room is tastefully arranged with tropical bedding and would be suitable for both adults and children. As with all of our bedrooms there is a built in wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. This room also has a television and integrated VCR. For your comfort you will find a change of bed linen provided in each of our bedrooms plus ample towels including pool towels for use during your stay. Our second twin bedroom provides the ideal place for two children or those of you who are young at heart. The pictures are of Disney's Little Mermaid theme and with no TV it's the ideal space for those worn out little ones to settle down for the night after a day in the parks, or could equally become a quiet room for adults wanting to read or relax. Again this room has a large built in cupboard and a chest of drawers. Outside in the gardens of the villa there is a 30ft heated and screened pool with views out over the wildlife conservation area and lake. For your comfort the pool is checked and serviced weekly. Pool heating is included in our basic price unlike some of our rivals, subject to the constraints set out in our booking conditions. An access door leads on to the landscaped patio/deck area with a table and sun umbrella for al-fresco dining or maybe a T & G in the shade of a palm tree. A gas fired BBQ is also located here.
