Fabulous! Beds •King Bed: In the Master Bedroom with water views on three sides, this bed can be converted to two twins with your advance request. •Queen Bed: The queen bed is in the second bedroom upstairs with a view from the bed looking out and down the bay, if you leave the curtains open. •Double Bed: This is a hide-a-bed sofa in the sitting area at one end of the dining room. Please notify us in advance if you want us to enclose this room; otherwise it is part of the downstairs living area and opens up the view northward to the head of the bay, especially nice from the kitchen sink. •Twin/Single Bed (2) : These twin beds are in the third bedroom upstairs and could be put together to form a king if that suits your party better. The view is of lobster boats at the head of the bay. •Convertible Bed: Our new chair-and-a-half hide-a-bed in the sunroom is a small single, but very comfortable. This room can not be made private. It also has a new dishwasher, sink, large center workspace counter, microwave, refrigerator, and a fabulous new GE "Profile" gas range & oven. New for 2010 is a wonderful hutch next to the refrigerator (See photos). And, Oh! the views on three sides! •Cooking Utensils Provided •Refrigerator: Our new Samsung refrigerator has the freezer on the bottom. •Dishwasher •Microwave •Catering Available: There are many catering services in town as well as take-out. Outdoor Features •Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: This new grill is available off the front porch. •Charcoal BBQ Grill: A small portable charcoal grill is available on request if you want to have a cook-out on the beach. •Deck/Patio: There are 2 covered porches and 2 open decks on the house including a large one on the top floor overlooking the bay and the another just above the high water mark. View/Location •Oceanfront: Seanook is on its own rocky point with ocean on three sides. One little portion of the beach is sandy - enough for a castle or two. If you don't bring a boat, there is no extra charge for use of the dock. You share the dock with us as we store our dinghy there to access our boat on the mooring.
