Six weeks before taking up residence, the full rental amount should be forwarded, then the final instructions will be available to download from our website. On moving into the villa, the booking deposit changes to a security deposit which will be returned after you leave; when the local agent confirms that the villa has been left in good shape and the satellite TV statement shows there have been no pay-per-view events unaccounted for.
