Its a short five to seven-minute walk to the Beach... The spacious living room w 55' HDTV, has multiple French doors to the lg screen porch. that overlooks the 35 foot long swimming pool w spa. The pool/spa may be heated for a surcharge. The skylit kitchen has french doors to the screen porch. The downstairs MBR with king-size bed has access to a sundeck overlooking swimming pool. The new master bath has a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home downstairs, the 1st BR has two twin beds & a full ensuite bathroom. The 2nd BR has a queen size bed.
