This bright and cheery condo is on the ground floor with its own private garden lanai. The pool is just a short walk around the corner of the building without the need of elevators. The grounds are spacious and beautifully landscaped with a huge variety of tropical plants. There is also a tennis court for the more energetic types. The unit is tastefully decorated, has a comfortable queen-size bed, large screen TV, free internet and free local calling. The Kitchen is fully equipped and was recently renovated with new cabinets, countertops and sink. There is also a washer and dryer in a separate vanity area for your convenience.
