This water front two-story home has a laundry room, bedroom with a double bed, and sunroom on the lower level. The main level has 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, kitchen, breakfast room, and den. The large bedroom upstairs has a king and bunk beds. There is a futon in the den to sleep additional guests. Relax on the deck off the back or the smaller deck and boardwalk to the boat slip. Catch flounder, red fish, or speckled trout for you dinner from the pier. Launch your boat from the private cement boat slip in the backyard where you can be in Fowl River in a few minutes or in the Gulf of Mexico or Mobile Bay in 15 minutes. Dauphin Island is only a mile away from the house. Dauphin Island offers Dauphin Island Sea Lab, aquarium, and beaches. Mobile, which is Alabama’s 2nd largest city, is only 30 minutes away. Mobile has concerts, museum exhibitions, shopping, Marti Gras, Bellingrath Gardens, and Carnival Cruises to Mexico and the Bahamas. Atmore Casino and Biloxi Casinos are each about an hour away from the home.
