The kitchen is easy to cook in and has direct access to the back yard and bbq. The living room and bedrooms have all new furniture and mattresses. Our backyard is very large and offers a great place for kids to play. The home is located less than a mile from the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to Carlsbad Village. There is a bike path that goes straight to the village. The train station is nearby if you want to go to downtown San Diego and not have to drive. The beaches in Carlsbad are pristine and offer great surfing. At low tide there are tide pools that are fun to explore.
