This is intended to be our retirement home, so it has been finished and furnished with a long-term plan in mind. It's one of the few locations in and around La Paz where it's simply not necessary to have a car. The city is only 4 blocks away, the Malecon (waterfront boulevard and sidewalk) is even closer. For visits to the stunning northern beaches, taxis are a considerably less expensive option than a rental car. All linens and home finishings are new and very comfortable. This penthouse apartment occupies 2 floors and offers over 2,100 square feet of fully air-conditioned living space. It sits on the top of 2 floors of the four-story building, which is serviced by an elevator and is therefore suitable for the disabled. The first floor contains the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, master bedroom, master bathroom and a guest wc.
