Location: USA, Delaware, Bethany Beach Accommodations: 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, sleeps 13 This elegant home is nestled at the end of the lane in a small private development with the 4th hole/green of Cripple Creek Golf & Country Club situated on the east side of the house. There are fabulous views of the Indian River from every room of the house. The master bedroom suite is situated on the lower level and opens to its own porch overlooking the river. Also located on the main level is an entertainment area with a billiard room and wet bar, sitting area, eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a dining room with heated flooring, all overlooking the river. There is a game room that opens out to a large screened-in porch right on the river. The other five bedrooms are located up the gracefully curving staircase on the 2nd floor. There is a private beach with a pier and dock where you can dock a small boat and jet-ski. There's excellent clamming and crabbing right off the beach. Cripple Creek Golf & Country Club privileges may be available upon request to owner.

Additional information about rental rates Rental rates range from $1,500 to $4,500 per week. A $500.00 security deposit is required within five days of receiving contract, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. Deposit will be refunded within 5 business days from check out.Reservation requires a one half deposit including taxes. A rental agreement will be mailed or faxed to the guest upon receiving the required deposit. The guest must return the rental agreement within 7 business days or lease becomes voided and the property becomes available for re-rent.Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to check in. Check in time is between 3 pm and 4 pm at the unit itself. The owner will release the keys to the party who has signed the lease agreement, providing the unit is paid in full. The contracted guest on the lease must occupy the unit for the duration of the lease, and may not sub-let the property, and is responsible for all other occupants during the lease. CancellationsA request for cancellation must be in writing at least two weeks prior to check in date. If the unit becomes re-rented, the entire amount of rent, taxes and fees will be returned to the lessee. If the property is not re-rented, all deposit money will be forfeited.
