    Location:   USA, Florida, South West, Fort Myers     Accommodations:  2 Bedroom Condo           Our first floor 2 bedroom condo is located on the 17th fairway and overlooks a 38 acre lake and aqua range. Heritage Palms is a recently completed gated community that spans over 500 acres.   It has an Azinger/Lewis designed 36 hole championship golf course that is one of the best in Southwest Florida. The community also has a clubhouse, fitness center, tiki bar, 7 heated pools (one is next to the condo) and tennis.

  January - March $3000/month   April - May $2400/month   June - October $1600/month   November - December $2400/month     Price includes all utilities, cable and local calls.    $500 security deposit required (refundable after inspection of unit) required at time of booking.  Cancellation notice must be 60 days prior to check-in for dep. refund.  Rental balance must be paid 20 days prior to check-in.  $100 final cleaning/inventory check paid up front.  Cleaning service can be avail, during stay if requested and paid in advance.  Golf transfer fee, when applicable.Ask about multiple months discount
