The only thing that hasn't changed is the world class view overlooking Waimea Bay. New chef's kitchen, bathrooms, new decks on both sides of the house, electrical, recessed lighting, flat screen TV, stereo system, high speed Wi-Fi, free cable TV and long distance telephone to the USA and Canada. The house features a modern, spacious kitchen that opens up to the dining area and living room. The kitchen features granite countertops, a Sub Zero refrigerator, new cabinets, a Bosch dishwasher, Thermador stove top & oven and porcelain floor tiles. 2 beautiful new bathrooms: Japanese soak tub in master bath, new rain shower heads, new vanities and lighting. Master bedroom features large glass doors looking straight out on to the ocean. All Bedrooms have recessed, dimmable lighting. Queen size bed in every bedroom. (The 3rd bedroom has a futon that converts to a very cozy queen sized bed). Each bedroom has its own sliding glass door that opens to its own deck/lanai. We have a 4th queen size aero bed that is very comfy if you need it. Waimea Point Cottage This cozy North Shore 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has recently been completely refurbished and now offers travertine floors, granite counters, new appliances, ceiling fans, carpeting as well as free WIFI, a new flat screen TV, DVD, Ipod hookup to the stereo and its own Washer and Dryer. Private parking lot for 2 or 3 cars. New electronic gated entrance to the property was just installed. The cottage is located on a nice ocean side lot along with it's larger "sister" home, which is situated directly overlooking the ocean. Two of the best beaches on Oahu are only 100 steps from the front door: World famous Waimea Bay to the south; and to the north is the best snorkeling, diving and children's beach on the island, Three Tables Beach. The North Shore's major super market and Starbucks are just 2 blocks away.
