This view is totally unobstructed by any man made structure. Whalen House is endowed with charm, comfort, beauty and lots of space. There are four bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, three bathrooms, and two large living rooms with views of the estuary and ocean. A year-round stream winds through the yard and two small bridges add to the enchantment of the garden. The house is cozy in the winter, and a generous woodstove makes it a great place to weather a storm. In the summer, the sun visits upstairs bedrooms through skylights, gulls and hawks circle overhead, and the porches draw you out to swing in the sky chairs and survey the views. The recent addition of a hot tub adds sublime pleasure of hot water immersion while absorbing the magnificent vista and makes this property an ideal winter or summer vacation home.
