We would love to rent this unit to any family with children or not, that would enjoy a relaxing week or two, a month or longer in the slow pace of La Paz! Our villa is one of only three that enjoy morning sun that brings a great start to the day with breakfast on the patio! This same arrangement always gives you a cooler place in the afternoon when you have had enough sun....it just doesn't get any better!
