The villa is just across the street from the ocean and the beautiful newly-renovated Beach Club with its two pools overlooking the ocean, the outdoor Pelican's Nest Restaurant with panoramic ocean views, and the Seabrook Shop. Right next door is the golf club house. At the new Lake House is a fitness center and indoor pool. This second floor Atrium unit offers vaulted ceilings and extra quietness, with elevator access from the covered parking area. Each bedroom has two queen beds, a TV and private bath--one with a new large walk-in Italian-tiled shower. There's an additional sleeper sofa in the living area. The spacious deck overlooks the beautiful golf course and lagoons and even has a limited view of the ocean
