Enjoy your days on the river or in one of the many nearby parks, and relax for the evening in the cozy den downstairs before retiring upstairs to one of three bedrooms. Feel free to bring your WELL BEHAVED pets and children. The house sits on a half acre of property lavishly shaded in Oaks. The back yard is fenced for your four legged friends and there is a fire ring for camp fires. Bring your boat as there is plenty of parking in the front yard. Guys, fish away while your wives go to one of many antique shops or art galleries. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and the whirlpool tub after a long day on the water. Two bedrooms have Pillowtop Queen beds and the other bedroom has Pillowtop Twin beds. There is satellite TV, a DVD player, and local phone is included.
