A short golf cart ride, on the left side of the road, takes you to the most beautiful pink sand beach in the world and your island home, Parrots Perch. The island and home’s allure is its natural beauty with most visitors spending the day on the beach, on a boat, or swimming in the clear ocean. Our Harbor Island property consists of two separate houses, Parrots Perch House (4 bedrooms, 3 baths) and Parrots Perch Cottage (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, see separate listing VRBO #206800) can give up to 6 bedrooms on a beautiful expanse of lawn and gardens leading to a private, pink sandy beach. The houses can be rented separately or together. The Bahamian Prime Minister has chosen to stay at Parrot's Perch for two years in a row.
