AMENITIES Each home is privately owned and completely furnished on private and spacious lots located throughout St. John. All of our homes have: · full kitchens – including refrigerators, and freezers with icemakers, stoves with ovens, microwaves, toasters or toaster ovens, coffee makers, blenders, and outside gas grills · large decks with ocean views and privacy · screened windows and fans · phones, with answering machines · cable or satellite TV, DVD players, and stereos · washer & dryer · all linens including, bed linens, bath linens, and beach towels · beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, masks & snorkels Every home has either a pool or a hot tub or both Some have a/c in the bedrooms Homes are fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. There is no maid or cook service included. Guests are met at the ferry dock in Cruz Bay and personally escorted to their home.
