The main room is a spacious area with vaulted ceilings over a sitting area, dining area and a simple but complete kitchen. There is satellite TV. French doors lead to a deck, which runs across the front, where you can enjoy the view of Coca Bay. Welcome to Louie's Seaside Villas Located on beautiful Green Turtle Cay in the Abacos, a group of islands in the Bahamian Out Islands, lies Louie's Seaside Villas. Just over an hour from Florida, this tropical retreat will have you feeling like you're a world away. Set along tranquil Coco Bay and the pristine waters of the Sea of Abaco, here you can relax on our deck, watch spectacular sunsets, and walk miles of deserted beaches. Launch your rental boat from our private dock to explore the many close by uninhabited cays, including easily accessible Manjack Cay and No Name Cay, voted on the 100 most romantic islands by Islands Magazine, just to the south.

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation (within 10 days). The balance is two weeks prior to arrival. If you must cancel, please notify us al least one month prior arrival for a refund. Rates $950. per week, $1,150 per week for holiday weeks Holiday weeks include, New years, Easter and Fourth of July, Additional days on a pro rata basis of $125 per day. Less than one week at $165 per day, minimum 3 days. Based on 4 people per unit, for up to 6 people add $30 per night. Monthly and long-term rates: $1,950 per month. Amenities:

Restaurants Green Turtle Club,& New Plymouth Inn, are the two formal restaurants, as far as Bahamian restaurants are formal. Dinner is at 7:30, cocktails at 6:30, and you need to call in your order by 5:00. Dress is island dressy, a sundress, khakis or nice shorts would be appropriate. The Green Turtle Club usually has music a couple of times a week, and the local band, the Gully Roosters, usually draws a big crowd on Wed evenings. Click here to listen. Pineapples, on the harbor on Black Sound, & the Jolly Roger, at the Bluff House on White Sound, offer a more casual menu and a dock side setting with a pool. McIntosh's, Laura's Kitchen and Harvey's in town are more casual restaurants, informal settings with great local fish & chicken with peas & rice. The Wrecking Tree & Sundowners, also in town, are good for a casual bite to eat and a cold one. Sundowners may have a lively crowd in the evening, & music on Friday evenings. Miss Emily's Blue Bee Bar, across from the basketball court is the place to stop for a Goombay Smash in the afternoon. The Rooster's Rest on the top of the hill is home to the Gully Rooster's on most Saturday nights.
