A 60 foot sitting room and covered verandah provide ample relaxation space for entertaining and unwinding. All four double en-suite bedroom suits have direct Piton views and their own balcony areas. The horizon from the house also sweeps round to the setting sun offering one of the most amazing and romantic locations imaginable. A private path leads down 300 feet to a stony beach which is directly on one of the islands marine dive reserves. The house comes fully staffed; house keeper, chef, gardener/pool maintenance and night watchman - all you have to do is buy your food and drink and enjoy the most relaxing and beautiful location. Amenities • The kitchen has a five burner gas hob, Neff oven, larder fridge, large freezer, drinks fridge, ice maker, ice cream maker, toaster, microwave and a full set of cooking and eating utensils for parties of twelve. Two sinks offer preparation and clearing areas. • There is a downstairs shower room, sink, bidet and toilet. All bathrooms have showers. • Outside the kitchen and dining room is a substantial brick BBQ and bottle gas ring, ideal for a barbequed fish supper or a quick omelette at breakfast. • Electrical outlets are UK three pin sockets. Power is 240 volt 50Hz. Shaver sockets are provided in the bathrooms Services • The house comes fully staffed with daily maid service, cook, pool maintenance, gardener and night watchman.
