Location: USA, Nevada, Las Vegas Accommodations: House 1, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8) Accommodations: House 2, 3 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-10) Centennial Hills House 1 This is a wonderful little house that feels open and bright. Lots of windows and a rose garden to look at. The patio has a fire pit table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful Vegas evenings. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and there is a full bath off the hall way. The living room has fire place and pool table with plenty of seating. The couch converts to bed and there is a giant bean bag to lounge in. The kitchen is fully equipped and a gas BBQ is available as well. There is a large flat panel HD TV with Direct TV and all the movie channels. DVD player and Wi-Fi as well. We also have a washer and dryer for you convenience. This house is located in the nicest Golf community in Las Vegas. 24 hour security and gated access. I love this house because during the winter I can be having dinner in a ski lodge or snow boarding within 20 minutes. I can get to a casino in 5 minutes or be on the Las Vegas strip in 15 minutes. During the summer we can launch our boat in lake mead within 30 minutes. If you are into dirt biking you are 10 minutes from open desert and 20 minutes from Apex Summit. For racing fans, Las Vegas Speedway in 20 minutes away. Linens are provided but we ask that you wash them before leaving. Centennial Hills House 2 Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-10) Beautiful home located in the Northwest section of Las Vegas, NV (Centennial Hills). The home is conveniently located off the intersection of the I-95 & 215 freeways. Commute time to the heart of the Las Vegas strip is 15 minutes via freeway. 20 minute commute via freeway to the airport. The home features 3 bedrooms plus a retreat off of the master bedroom, a formal living room, dining room, family room with Satellite TV & DVD player, fully equipped Kitchen with granite countertops, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, Propane BBQ, Wi-Fi, Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier, 2 car garage, fully landscaped and maintenance free. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Oak Bed, Dresser, Night Table and a private luxury bath with His and Hers sinks, Vanity, Walk in closet, Garden Tub, and separate Shower. Master also features a Retreat with Satellite TV, Desk, and futon that sleeps two additional people. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed, Dresser, and Night Table. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, a Dresser, and a Night Table. Bedroom 3 has a partial strip view. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor equipped with a Washer and Dryer as well as a linen cabinet full of fresh towels and bed linins. Cleanliness and comfort is our highest concern. We like to provide all of our clients with the luxuries of a hotel, but with the comfort and accessibility of home. Before and after every client, the home is thoroughly cleaned by a maid service to ensure sanitation and general cleanliness.
