All are newer, quality mattresses. This home is only steps to the park and golf course, 2 Blocks to groceries and eateries and close to Firestone Brewery and the famous Hitching Post Restaurant. Just a short drive or bike ride takes you to the best Santa Rita appellation wineries and tasting rooms. It's an easy drive up 101 to Los Olivos and only a 5 minute jaunt to Solvang.
