The upper floor end-unit features many windows, cathedral ceilings, electric fans, central air, and many upgrades. Enjoy your breakfast in the screened front lanai while taking in the morning sun. After mixing your cocktail at the dry bar, move to the screened lanai off the living room to watch the golfers, Naples wild life, and spectacular sunsets, the large mouth bass swimming below in the lake, and yes, the occasional alligator. If you do need to keep up with business, bring your laptop and you will be all set with the desk in the master bedroom alcove, with high-speed internet access, telephone, and a combination fax/printer/copier/scanner. For leisure hours the living room features, besides a TV (cable television), a brand new, Bose 5-speaker surround sound entertainment system. The den provides another TV, DVD/VCR combination, two leather recliners, and a queen bed convertible sofa. The guest room has 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the master bath has a tub, shower and privacy door to lavatory. The spacious eat in kitchen is fully equipped with a large side-by-side fridge, ice maker and filtered water dispenser, microwave, self cleaning oven, glass cooking top, dishwasher and a host of small kitchen appliances including a panini grill.
