Location: USA, New York, The Hamptons, WestHampton Accommodations: 3 bedroom , 2 bath and will sleep up to 10 people. Upstairs has a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 twins (trundle bed) in the living area, and a full kitchen. Downstairs has a queen in each of the two rooms, plus 2 twins (trundle bed) and a bunk bed (full bottom, twin top), and a kitchenette. Outside is Paradise!!! The large pool has a custom ledge for lounging, getting your feet wet or sunning, then jump in the pool to cool off. We have plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, and a covered area with table and chairs for dining outdoors. You will love to entertain your family outside while cooking on the BBQ grill (gas) and preparing drinks from behind the tiki bar. Keep you boat right at the house...there are 2 concrete docks!!! (One is 40 foot, the other 45 foot, with a 4 1/2 foot draft) For quick trips out for fishing, snorkling, diving, etc. You have access to the neighborhood boatramp to launch your boat. There are 2 new kayaks. The neighboorhood is great for evening walks. There is a nice fishing spot and sunset view is just 1/2 a block away. This home is located at Mile Marker 89.
