All the luxuries are here in this 1750 square foot living area home. The beach is about 150 feet. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are 3rd story with a master bedroom balcony overlooking the Gulf. Level 2 has an open floor plan of the living room with screened balcony, kitchen, and dining room. The 1 half bath, laundry area, and balcony leading down to the pool completes 2nd story. The ground level has garage and 16 x 32 foot pool that is shared with identical house next door. Cable TVs provided in each bedroom and living room. Internet and US phone service are provided. Anna Marie Island has the 3 beach areas of Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Coquina Beach along it's 7.5 miles and connects to Longboat Key Island. There is a free trolley system that runs the entire length of the island. Also, is convenient for visits to Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.
