The facility group room is ideal for powerpoint presentations & home videos. Ponderosa House Our Ponderosa House, located in South Lake Tahoe is the ideal vacation home rental for all smaller sized group lodging and is great for holiday rentals. This lodging home sleeps 2 to 20 in 8 rooms. Vacation home ammenities include a large living room with stone fireplace, comes with free firewood, a 10 ft screen video projector, 32 inch TV and surround sound. Other ammenities for this home rental include a woodsy open living room and dinning room. The kitchen is flexible for your group activities. Great for groups looking for holiday rentals. Manzanita Lodge Our Manzanita Lodge is located in the quiet part of South Lake Tahoe and is the ideal retreat facility for all mid sized groups. This facility sleeps 2 to 60 in 12 private rooms and is accompanied by a large lodge area for all your retreat guests to gather together. Group area converts to your needs. Dining or seating for 40 with folding tables and chairs, or seats 20 on futons and seats with dining for 16. The lodge has a 10 ft. screen video, dvd/vcr player for the big game, movies, or presentations. The lodge sleeps 12 of the 60 guests that this retreat facility accommodates.
