$1800/week (up to 6 people, over 6 people add $250 per person per week) High season (Thanksgiving through April) $2400/week. Includes airport transfers and van use for up to 6 (with the driver) for the week.Includes cook. Occupants must pay for groceries, liquor and fuel.

Amenities -Air Conditioning: Cabarita Lookout has air conditioning in the bottom two units. All rooms have ceiling fans, most often more than 1. -Washer: Washer and dryer are located on first floor of Cabarita Lookout. Sharon, our housekeeper, will do washing and ironing at guest's request. -Dryer: Dryer is in the villa in the laundry room. -Linens Provided: Along with bedding, towels and wash cloths, Cabarita Lookout has beach towels for the guests' convenience. Beds -King Bed: King bed in master suite, Lookout, which also features claw foot bathtub, private veranda and professional massage table. -Queen Bed (2) : Cabarita Lookout has queen beds in both first floor units, our Sunrise Room and Seaview Room. -Double Bed (2) : Double beds are futons and lower units of bunk beds in both the Sunrise Room and Seaview Room. The fold into couches for guests' convenience. -Twin/Single Bed (5) : Twin beds are available as top bunks in the Sunrise and Seaview Rooms. We have 3 separate twin beds as foldouts. -Bunk Bed (2) : Cabarita Lookout has a bunk bed in the Sunrise Room and Seaview Room. They have a twin on top and double futon on bottom which folds into couch. -Convertible Bed Entertainment -TV (No Cable/Satellite): Television set with DVD player located in living room on main floor. -DVD -Video Library -CD Player (3) -Stereo System -Private Pool: Brand new sparkling pool 14x32 - perfect for lap swimming. -Shallow end for children.
