Loacation: USA, Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Chatham Accommodation: 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath, Sleeps (6) North Chatham on Cape Cod 3 bedroom Quaint Guest Home which has been newly restored, taking note of a 3 zone central airconditioning, new yard and a full sun deck with teak dining furniture and a brick patio to grill your favorite steak or fish. Enjoy the starlit sky and on occasion see a wild rabbit or chipmuck pass you by. The Guest Home has a kitchen with a gas wolf stove, a private livingroom/reading room and diningroom with a two sided fireplace between the two rooms, a sunroom and loft which both have a tv. There are two euro style bathrooms in which there is an old fashion claw foot tub in master suite and one quaint cape cod bathroom with the original old wooden floors which has twin beds and the other bedroom that has the other euro shower has a queen bed these rooms you could say is a family suite, each has its on door plus a door the divides the rooms from the main family area. There are restaurants a stone throw away, which include Italian formal & informal dining (great pizza), breakfast & lunch, a coffee shop that has wireless internet service. . The Fore Ceas Guest Home is ideal for guest who are attending weddings at the Chatham Bars Inn and the Wegusassett Inn (which was featured in the November 2009 Travel Magazine) @ Pleasant Bay in Harwich which is a short distance from the Home (please check in description area). PRICING of the entire Fore Ceas Guest Home is a 3 night minimum of $544.00 per night on the weekend (meaning Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun as weekend) and Midweek (meaning Mon, Tues, Wed) is $444 a night. Or you may rent one room (meaning sharing/or someonelse utilizing the Guest Home by the week or 3 night minimum at $344 a night (Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun) and also off season a 2 night minimum of $204 (meaning Mon, Tues, Wed) or $244 (Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun) a night with a breakfast coupon or no coupon which would change the price of the room or a fresh breakfast on request if the Innkeeper is in the area.
