Convertible Bed: Brand new Sofa bed in living room sofa with a thick Tempur Pedic mattress. VERY Comfy! Crib: More children's gear: a stroller, pack 'n play (aka port a crib, but you should bring your own sheet for it), a high chair, safety latches for cabinets and safety plugs for the household outlets. Cooking Utensils Provided: All main prep tools and cooking utensils are provided. Refrigerator: Side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. Small front pull-down door allows quick access to juice, milk and wine bottles without opening the whole door. Dishwasher: Brand new Maytag dishwasher with QUIET operation and efficient cleaning. Microwave: Full-size Microwave above the stove. Ice Maker Catering Available: Catering of take-out meals (picnic lunch) or in-hone preparations are available at an additional cost. Outdoor Features Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: 2 burner propane grill. Lanai View/Location Ocean View: The ocean can be seen and heard from the patio... the condos sit on a small bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Often you can hear the waves and the sealions who like to sun themselves on the rocks below. Communications Telephone: A land line is provided. Computer Broadband Internet: Cox cable provides the high speed internet. WiFi (Wireless Internet) Other Amenities Private parking space, full office, a short 5 minute walk to beach, fully stocked kitchen, pets welcome. Suitability Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome with owners prior approval. A small additional refundable deposit is required, and the fee per night is $25 with a $150/week maximum. You will be required to pick up your poop and take care of your pets. You also must keep pets on a leash at all times... against my personal preference, but the City of San Clemente has strictly enforced leash laws, and the fine is $200 if you're caught without one. The police come around quite often to check, so be aware. There are a couple of local dog parks and dog-friendly beaches, so your pooch can have a good time too. Kid Friendly: stroller, a pack 'n play (aka port a crib, (but you should bring your own sheet for it), a high chair, safety latches for cabinets and safety plugs for the household outlets. Plenty of beach toys, and boogie boards, too. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: For single renters, not with parents, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. No students or persons using credit cards not in their names. Smoking Not Allowed: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED! This policy is strictly enforced.
