You will be only 5 miles from Lake George Village, 30 minutes from Saratoga & the Thoroughbred Racetrack, 20 min. from West Mountain Ski Center, and 45 min. from Gore Mountain Ski Center.

House Rental AmenitiesThe home is equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable, restful vacation. The kitchen has a microwave, range, & full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher; service for 8 persons, pots, pans, and utensils; toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There is a TV/DVD player with basic cable & wireless internet service. There is a land-line in the home. A futon, love seat, and recliner provide plenty of lounging space. Linens for each bedroom are provided, as well as bath linens. There is a washer/dryer in the basement, iron and ironing board. All that you need to bring are beach towels. Window A/C units are in place for your comfort. Enjoy time in the fenced-in back yard with the gas BBQ grill and picnic table, and finish up with Smores in the fire pit. We will purchase wood for your fire upon request. For you winter aficionados, there is forced-air furnace heat, as well as a free-standing propane stove for "atmosphere." Activities And Attractions In Lake Luzerne AdirondacksThe Lake George/Adirondack region offers four-season activities for anyone's tastes. Lake George Village is a quaint tourist town; the 32 mile long lake is a bevy of summer activity with boat rentals, island picnics, parasailing, and large boat tours. The history buffs will enjoy exploring the region depicted in "The Last of the Mohicans" by visiting the Saratoga Battlefields, Fort Ticonderoga, and the Adirondack Museums. The kids will love the Great Escape water & fun park. There is a weekly rodeo located just down the street from this home at the Painted Pony ranch. Take in the ballet, philharmonic, and special performances at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, 25 miles away. Of course, there is the Saratoga Harness Track and Thoroughbred Racetrack, featuring the Travers Race. There is horseback riding within walking distance, hiking trails, whitewater rafting, lazy tubing down the river, miniature golf, and loads of shopping within minutes of your vacation home. Winter downhill skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice skating are, at the furthest, 45 minutes away. Check out the snowmobiling network in this area.
