Part of the house can be locked off, with the remainder being available for rent as a large one bedroom/one bath unit. Or the second bedroom suite (which has it's own private entrance, private bath, and separate living area) can be made available. For even larger parties, this separate living area easily converts into a third bedroom with convertible double bed and ample closet space.
