The homes may be rented individually or in combination for up to 12-16 people maximum (if renting both homes) - it is most comfortable with 2-3 couples per home - but can sleep a maximum of 8 individuals. This is our personal second home away from home. Casual, comfortable and affordable best describe our newly constructed vacation home (2009) at the Northern border of Pacific Beach, Washington. Seashell Beach Cottage adapts to the Pacific Northwest climate very nicely and our guests have said it is very cozy and comfortable. We love dogs and have made this a very nice dog friendly home for responsible owners. Dogs love the beach and we are the closest vacation rental home to the beach entrance.
