This apartment is on a high floor with West exposure and gorgeous sunset views to the Hudson River in an art deco 22 floor prewar historic tower. After a long day of tourist activities and/or shopping, come back and relax in the apartment with a bubble bath in the deep spa-like soak tub, watch the beautiful sunsets from the three oversized windows, surf the web or just lounge around watching cable on the 37” LCD flat screen TV.

A 20% advance payment is required to guarantee your reservation. This must be paid by debit/credit card via Paypal. The remainder of the balance must be paid in cash or via Paypal upon check-in. Absolutely no checks/money orders will be accepted as a form of payment. Cleaning Fee - a one time $100 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings.
