What could be better than this warm, cozy and very very clean 2000 sq ft beach house under the shade of ancient live oaks? House features very fun and open floorplan, along with 2 separate master suites + 3rd private bedroom (3 bedrooms total), and tons of parking. You’re also just steps away from boating, fishing and dining at the Morgan Creek Marina and Wild Dunes; Sullivan’s Island is just a short bike ride away, and all the shopping and excitement of Charleston is just minutes by car. And yes, our house is DOG-FRIENDLY, too...with a fenced, shaded yard and dog-door for small and medium-sized dog.
