Comfortable Vacationing Near Seymour Pond in Brewster Location: USA, Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Brewster Accommodation: House, 3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 8), 1 ½bath Room Configuration: 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins, Our newly updated home is quaint and comfortable. We are 0.1 mile from the Seymour Pond Association Beach that we are a part of. Our home is within safe walking distance to the bike trail and is a 10-15 minutes drive to 3 public golf courses. There are 3 bedrooms in our 1800 sq foot home. We have 1.5 baths and an outdoor shower. There is a two door garage and plenty of drive-way parking. One of our favorite spots is relaxing on our farmer's porch as we finish up our day. There is also a large deck in back to peacefully enjoy the backyard. The basement has a finished room that is perfect for kids to play in. Our cul-de-sac street is very quiet which allows people to safely walk the area. Bay beaches are about 5-7 minutes away, and ocean beaches are about 10-12 minutes away. Many shops and restaurants are within close proximity. Your memorable and fun vacation awaits you in our home!
